Welcome to Virtual Rep Experts ("VRE", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, virtualrepexperts.com (the "Site"), and all services, programs, and content offered by us (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Program Enrollment and Access

To enroll in a VRE program, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Access to course materials, community channels, and mentorship is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.

2. Fees and Payment

All program fees are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified. We accept payment through our designated payment processors (e.g., Paystack) and via direct bank transfer.

(a) Installment Payments

We offer flexible installment plans to make our programs accessible. You may always choose to make a one-time payment. If you opt for an installment plan, the following terms apply:

• (i) For programs 3 to 6 weeks long: Payments may be split into two (2) installments. The first payment is required before the cohort commences to secure your spot. The second and final payment is due two (2) weeks after the program start date.
• (ii) For programs 8 to 12 weeks long: Payments may be split into three (3) installments. The first payment is required before the cohort commences.
  • - For 8-week programs, the second payment is due two (2) weeks after the start date, and the third payment is due six (6) weeks after the start date.
  • - For 12-week programs, the second payment is due four (4) weeks after the start date, and the third payment is due eight (8) weeks after the start date.

Failure to complete any installment payment by its due date will result in immediate suspension of access to all Services, including course materials, live sessions, and community channels, until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

(b) Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, all payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the program details and our FAQ page thoroughly before enrolling.

3. Deferment Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Enrolled students may request to defer their admission to the next available cohort one (1) time. Deferment requests must be submitted in writing to enrol@virtualrepexperts.com at least seven (7) days before the program start date. All requests are subject to approval and must be accompanied by a legitimate reason. A deferred enrollment is final and cannot be refunded or deferred a second time.

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for your conduct in our community channels (e.g., Discord, Slack). You agree not to:

• - Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• - Post any content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene.
• - Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• - Distribute, copy, or resell any of our course materials or content without our express written permission.
• - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Virtual Rep Experts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Job Guarantee

While we provide job-readiness support, mentorship, and connections to hiring links, Virtual Rep Experts does not guarantee employment or any specific career outcome. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

AI-Powered Tools

Some of our services, like the Program Quiz and Content Idea Generator, use artificial intelligence. The suggestions provided are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of success or a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Rep Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
